A multi-tenant wellness and beauty hub where natural stone sets the tone for the whole block.
When this multi-business development came together on NE 23rd Street, the goal was a facade that felt cohesive, clean, and rooted in the community it serves. Minick Materials' Texas Mix stone blend — a combination of White Limestone roughback and Blue Limestone — delivered exactly that: a natural, grounded look with just enough contrast to make the building its own.
The same blend wraps the raised flowerbeds along the front, tying the landscaping into the architecture in a way that feels intentional from every angle. It's the kind of detail that doesn't shout, but you'd notice if it were missing.
