How do you figure out the mileage for deliveries?
We use google maps. We will always use the shortest mileage route shown

We do not offer any refunds. Unopened stocked merchandise can be exchanged within 10 days of the purchase date for another product or store credit. A 25% restocking fee applied to the store credit.

Why did I have to pay taxes when I have a tax exempt card?
We have a tax exemption approval process that takes around 24 hours to process. You are welcome to make a purchase during this waiting period, but tax will still be applied until your approval comes through. You can request reimbursement for this by filling out and returning an application for reimbursement with the state.

Yes, 30 minutes free placement time on every flatbed delivery, over 30 minutes there are charges ($2.10 per minute or $126.00 per hour). Moffit (forklift) tops out at 3 tons.

What does a ton visually look like?
It'll fill about as much as a pick up bed.
What does your truck hold?
Small dump truck limitations – 12 tons rock/soil, 14 yards compost/mulch.
Large dump truck limitations – 20 tons rock, 18-20 tons/yards soil, 20 yards compost/mulch.
Do you have to schedule to pick up product?
No, you may call to verify in stock on some of our products, but we try our best to have things available at all times.
Do you deliver larger quantities, like a semi-truck?
Yes, we do them, but it requires a special quote that takes 24-48 hours to get. End dumps/belly dumps may be a per ton delivery rate, meaning that price will adjust slightly with the final weight of the load. Best uses for a belly dump is when they need a full-size semi load spread OR they have a overhanging branches/power lines/etc. that we need to avoid.
Do you deliver?
Yes, for materials over ½ ton.
Do you deliver pottery?
We do deliver pottery, but cannot place it, it will remain on pallet strapped/wrapped/banded.
Where does the rock come from?
It comes from all over the place. Some of these areas include: Mexico, Canada, Texas, Arizona, a lot of the browns and blue stones are from the Oklahoma/Arkansas area.
Do you offer same day delivery?
We do offer same day delivery when available!
Do you offer military discounts?
Yes, 10% with a valid Military ID. This does not include delivery costs.
Can you dump in the street, alley, etc?
We cannot dump anywhere on public property/other people’s private property without written permission, this includes the streets/roads.
When delivery distance is above 35 miles, we charge by the mile, $5.80 per miles over 35.
If your address is a new build or does not have an exact address, coordinates are the best way to get our driver to the right spot, customer can even text a “pin” to our Dispatch team with their name/order number if able.
Can I pay and have my landscaper come pick up?
Absolutely!
What is the minimum quantity I can buy?
There is no minimum quantities for hand loading, but there is a ½ ton minimum for us to load you and deliver.
Why does the delivery driver need to see my driver’s license?
If the customer is paying with a check, the driver will need to take a photo of their ID. If the customer is not comfortable having a photo taken of their ID, they can bring it by the store to be scanned, they can email us a copy, or they can choose to pay another way.
If paying with a credit card over the phone, we may still ask for a photo of the card and/or ID to match name on card.
